After the new algorithm is introduced, keyword stuffing is not allowed anymore. It is a way to deceive the search engine robot that the page is highly relevant with the queried terms because it contain a lot of keywords. If you use a lot of keywords in the Meta description, you will find that your page rank at the bottom of the search result.
