By now, I am pretty sure that you are a bit baffled wth essential and smell oils. Well, both are really different from each other. Though, both are used to produce great smells but they are different. Fragrance oils contain synthetic chemicals. Unlike essential oils, scent oil does not provide some therapeutic benefits and are artificial.

An aromatherapy candle, once lit can help take away work-related worries and put your mind at a state of ease It just wonderful to know that a lit aromatherapy candle can help you be in command of your health in a non-toxic way.
If you want to venture into aromatherapy candle making, you should first find out what kind you want to start making. Well, here's a suggestion. Make aromatherapy soy candles. Why? Because soy wax is cheap, comes for organic ingredients and easy to clean up.
Agree with soy wax? If so, we can now begin making aromatherapy soy candles. If you have already tried making soy candles the most likely you already have your materials with the exception that we are going to utilize essential oils instead of scent ones. If you haven't experienced making soy candles, you need soy wax, candle containers or molds, cotton wick, double boiler, essentials oils (of course, your choice) and optional candle dye (do not use food coloring or soap coloring)
Now you finally gathered all the materials, first you melt the soy wax in the double boiler. Heat it to 170 degrees temperature. Add in the candle dye to intensify the candles color or to add hue to it. Add in the dye gradually until the visualized color has been reached and then continue mixing for two minutes using a non-metallic stock to mix the soy wax and the color dye together. Stir in the essential oils and continue mixing for at a couple more minutes until it mixes in completely with the combination. The temperature should be at least 170 degrees to make sure that essential oils and the mixture become one. . Essential oils are pretty sensitive and can burn if there is too much heat that is why you should always control the temperature.
The fourth step is to dip the wick in the mold with the container. . Now, put the combination inside of the container. Reduce the temperature to between 95 to 110. Pour the mixture carefully When you're done, cool them off and allow it to cool naturally. So now, you're finished! Job well done! You finally made your aromatherapy soy candles.
When your aromatherapy candle has already cooled down, give it a try and feel its medical and healthful effects on you. Or you can give it to someone as a gift to let them experience its beauty.Relax and have a anxiety free life. I am confident you will like your candle.
