Clenching your jaw and grinding your teeth can lead to a painful jaw, and is caused by an increase of adrenalin in the body which leads you to grind.
Overall, you should be able to recognise that you're not feeling yourself, and are overcome with thoughts of worries and stress. There are some steps you can take to overcoming anxiety, and the best thing you can do is to seek professional help, and other relaxation techniques. Feeling lost is one of the most typical outcomes of having anxiety, as you will likely feel like you are unsure about how to approach it.
