Does it look good?
It sure does. Not as thick as the iPhone 3 and it’s light and thin. First impressions are truly important and the iPhone 4 doesn’t disappoint. The glassy front and back feel smoother and look way more cool. The people at Apple don’t disappoint with the precision made buttons and ports. The iPhone 4 is very neat and has a super tight design.
Does installment take a lot of time?
Not at all, especially if you are already an iPhone user. Just plug in the micro sim card and adapt the device to your computer. With iTunes you’re set to go immediately. Contacts that were on your previous phone will not be lost, they’re there to use in an instant. Texting is made easy with the key pad that complements the words you’re typing, and like a chat conversation you’ll see all the messages in the same screen. Is it fast?
It sure it! The speed on your new toy is amazing. Lots of memory in combination with a 1Ghz processor equals immediate action after pushing a button or touching the screen. The flow of the interface is excellent. With heavy apps and large internet pages with lots of images you don’t have to wait before you can do something, which is cool. While multi tasking isn’t really an option, it’s possible to run several apps at once, and the speed doesn’t decrease.
Is the screen any good?
You bet your life it is. The so called Retina screen has an angle of 89 degrees and this is truly huge. After switching it on, you’ll be amazed by the clarity and sharp images of the menus on the screen. Reading texts and watching movies and images is clearer than ever, your eyes are treated by a high standard of watchability. You think the iPhone 3 was sharp? Its successor goes through the roof.
Is the camera any good?
Make that cameras. And yes, both of them are excellent! The iPhone 4 has a second camera installed on the front, just for video calling. They call it Apple Face Time. With 5 megapixels the regular camera holds its own and is of perfect quality. You can tape videos in HD quality and this doesn’t result in a pixel fest. Even better, with 720 pixels you can call it unique. The flash is also of good quality but can result in overexposure. Just use it when you need it.
What about battery life?
The battery of the iPhone 4 looks to be a bit better than its predecessor. But of course you still need to charge the device if you use it regularly. And you will use it regularly, that’s a guarantee.
Easy to get online?
Of course it is, it’s a smart phone! With the 3G connection (or Wi-Fi) you’re available always and everywhere. The cool screen gives your pc a run for its money. The menus are large and clear and sending emails or updates to your social networks has never been better.
How about the multimedia?
As you can expect, your iPod will cry when finding out about the iPhone 4. The media player on this phone is as good as your iPod, so give that one to a friend or sell it online.
