HD video recording
The new iPhone 4 allows you to record high definition (HD 720p) video at 30 frames per second. Thanks to the Backside Illuminated Sensor and the LED you can record HD video even in low light.
Better Wi-Fi
iPhone 4 supports 802.11n, which is four times faster than the 802.11 g, currently in use on the iPhone 3. It has the fastest maximum speed and best signal range and is more resistant to signal interference from outside sources. 802.11n also offers better range over earlier Wi-Fi standards due to its increased signal intensity.
1GHz processor
The A4 processor used for the iPhone 4 is far ahead in terms of performance compared to the previous iPhone 3. A4 runs at a 1GHz frequency, which is pretty awesome. Apple A4 can play back HD video for 10 hours before requiring a full battery charge.
Electronic gyroscope
Say what? No, we’re not talking Greek food or whatever. Gyro plus accelerometer equals 6 axis motion sensing. In normal words: the iPhone adds a similar dimension to gameplay as the Wii Motion Plus, an add-on that also utilizes incredible accurate motion tracking.
Noise reduction
The iPhone 4 is equipped with a secondary microphone, positioned at the top of the device, which serves to filter the noise. Whoever now receives phone calls will benefit from the absence of background noise. The signals will be more clean and free of unwanted elements. And let’s face it, although it can do a whole lot of other stuff; it’s still a phone!
