There are also many web hosting companies which offer free domain registration alongside their services as in if you host your website through them, they will give you free domain registration as a part of their package and you will be able to save money with this offer but again, you have to be careful as domain registration is not really expensive and it is something you could do yourself over the Internet without any help whatsoever, it is just like going shopping online where you would just enter the domain name you like and pay for it but coming back to the subject, do not chose your web hosting company solely on the price and the free items they are offering you alongside as most probably it would be something you would have been able to do fairly cheap anyway.
If you are a small business you need the highest amount of reliability which you would be able to show your clients and if your website is down it would not inspire confidence in them in any way so as a point of suggestion, its not wrong to look for low cost web hosting but you have to be careful that even if their price is low their standard would be quite high so you will not have customers complaining or getting your business a bad repute.
