They enjoy the treasures of today instead of living a life reminiscing of the past or longing for the future.
When you focus your energy in the present moment, you are not thinking or worrying about the past or the future. You will achieve more and be more productive if you focus on today and do the best for today.

For instance, if you have decided to lose weight but you are not taking action to stop eating foods that will make you fat, then you are not going to get any result.
